Our Judicial system failed

I fully share with Villas Gadhave.I am one of our great Judicial system and my legal battle for loss of my job for past 45 years and now in our Honorable Supremacist. more

I agree with Mr. K.Nagarajan. There should be accountability and NJAC amendment is a solution. There should be safeguards for non-interference from the politicians, but leaving the entire system to handle at their own free will cannot be accepted. We have seen glaring examples... Let us not discuss these examples. But it is high time that the COLLEGIUM is reorganized for a better judicial system. more
Should litigants experienced with courts support Increasing quantity of Judges or Improving of Quality of judges? I stand with Modi Ji's NJAC amendment Act 99. Should All the people's representatives of Majority people's vote prevail or the stand of a few Hon'ble Judges self appointed should prevail, in the World's largest Democracy is the Question Modi Ji and the entire Nation poses through the elected representatives to the Judiciary and the Hon'ble CJI breaks down to find justice. If I am correct then I stand with Modi Ji and CJI or else with Modi Ji and Support the NJAC Amendment Act 99. K.S.Nagarajan. Chennai. Petitioner in WP 9688/1987, WP 11734/2002, WP 25571/2003, WA 1384/2008,all in the Hon'ble High Court of Madras. Petitioner in SLP (C) 292/2012 and the initial petitioner in which the respondent went on Appeal up to SLP (Civil) 5532/2012. Many such others too. more
It is said that "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED"!! If it is true that your case has been pending before different courts and finally at the Supreme Courts for a total of 45 years, I would say it equal to 'denied justice' for whatever reason. At the same time the emotions of CJI must be seen in the light of your case. He and all of us feel sorry for such type of "delay in delivering justice". There should be some immediate and tangible action on the part of the Govt. to see that atleast 25-30% of cases pending for more than 2 or more years should be disposed off every year. Priority should be given to the long pending cases. Just think of the sad plight of the litigants, under-trials, accused in criminal cases (many innocent ones) etc. and Judiciary sitting over it, of course with reasons. It is time to act and not 'break down'.. more
