So, 72% of the respondents were satisfied with SpiceJet. Surely, that has to improve. I also read Indigo's handling of a disabled teenager. We don't know what the teenager did. Were the caretaker there? That is a difficult situation for the airlines. It is a tough call at that moment. Hopefully, airlines will learn and handle similar situation in a better way. All in all, excellent that these issues are brought out. Airlines MUST improve their services for a better passengers' flying experience. more
