Outright violation by Club factory
Downloaded this app called Club factory from Indian apple store. It shows No MRP. It shows comparison to flipkart. Its selling 1600 product for 99. I am not sure if it will ever come.

you will not get a strap also so be careful and use your judgement since chinese substandard products will sell anything under any global name at throwaway prices We as indians should stop buying chinese products and promote our own industry more

Club factory is a chinese portal. the order you place is to the chinese co. they ship it from china so the waiting time is usually longer than the Indian portals. It has been seen in many cases that chinese factories do not pay much attention to intellectual property rights. So there is always a risk you get an imitation. Having said that there are many customers who are satisfied with the deal they offer since the prices offered are one of their lowest. i doubt if they have a return or refund policy. Shopper's discretion is advised. 99 is the MRP as evident from the picture. Comparison is allowed. Till this point there is no violation. Violation begins if you place an order, they accept your order, but there is no delivery. more

Rs.99/ Price of the watch strap possibly . Ha ha . From the consumer poit of view , the price is chea and not even Rs. 100/ There is a difference from the other popular seller . Immediately the Impulsive consumer presses the button , order is placed . He is satisfied that the transaction is successful . Doesnt realie he is being taken for a ride . more
