Overcharging by Metro staff flat increase of 10 Rs

Dear Sir,

Please note Metro staff had started increasing fare by 10 Rs on all routes instead of increasing fare after 30 Kms by 10 Rs. we are being overcharged by 10 Rs even on 2 to 3 kms distance. In case we are travelling to 10 Kms. even then instead of 10 Rs fare we are being charged 26 Rs. as earlier it was 16 Rs. For Example in case we are travelling from Azadpur to Rajeev Chowk in CP Delhi. then we are being asked for 26 Rs instead of 16 Rs charged earlier and distance is say just 12 kms approximately. Please save us from overcharging by Metro staff.

Thanks with best regards. more

Metro is much expences than driving our own CNG vehicle. Suppose I go by metro 25 kilometer it charge Rs.50/- one way and two way Rs.100/-. If I go by my own CNG say Wagon Car it cost me Rs.75/- for 50 kilometer approximately for single person. And it will cost much cheaper if four persons are going. Than how can Metro go in loss if going beyond full capacity as getting into Metro say from Shadipur is very difficult. Same case is everywhere at every Metro station. In case still Metro says that they are in loss then I assure you that I can make it into profits even fare is not increased. Birender Govil, Mob: 9910377861 more
I am sure you must be a very successful business man more
Delhi Metro is more expensive within a year Metro hike the fare two time and fare has been double. more of passenger daily spent Rs. 90 to 108 daily after 10% discount.and earning Rs. 10000-12000 per month.this is the very serious matter.for the Middle class & lower class. Government has provide the conveyance of Rs. 1600/-PM but we have paid utmost Rs. 2250 to 2700/-PM I am requesting to the DMRC & Government please reduce the fare. more
Delhi metro is cheapest in the world. Do you know, how the circulation of money is maintained across the world, by proper pricing of things. Just because there is so much gap between the rich and the poor over here, the government is unable to meet the profits and provide better services in every sector. Kindly, appreciate the decent pricing. more
You forget that prices are high because everything in Metro is imported despite manufacturing facilities available in the country.

This happened because it chose meter gauge instead of broad gauge rail system. more
