Pakistan border issues
Sirs, I would like to bring into the notice of every concern regarding peace talks with Pakistan.We all might have been knowing that there is no control of Pakistani government over Pakistani Army, rather their army used to monitor every steps of Pakistani government,and the later not allow their government to take any decision pertaining to the security of their nation.Then why in every occasions India used to talk about peace with Pakistani government.Should Indian army top commanders start talks with Pakistani top commanders regarding peace in the cross border. more
