Pan Bahar ads running rampant in IPL
Consumer Ministry said they will have misleading ad regulation in which they will ensure proper disclaimers.
The Pan Bahar ad just ran with IPL and disclaimers are invisible come for 2 seconds and go.
Who are these ad agencies that make this stuff. Please make all ad agencies registered and make sure they require licenses to make ads only if their promoters directors pass the advertising code Exam.
Then suspend their licenses if such non compliant ads come.
If the consumer ministry can do this great. Otherwise shut your ministry and save tax payer money. more

Due to lockdown, financial position of GOI is bad. Hence, Govt has to earn by any means even through harmful Ads. more

What about another shameless man - a cricketer - named SACHIN TENDDULKAR? This really NOT DESERVING "BHARAT RATNA" recipient has become a brand ambassador for a gambling company. He should really hang himself to the nearest lamp post. We really lost times of some of the earlier great and imminent recipients like : Dr Servepali Radhakrishnan, C Rajagopalachari, Rajendra Prasad, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Vinoba Bhave , Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, JRD Tata and others. more

It must be mendatory for a Bharat Ratna awardee that he/she will devote his rest of the life for the cause he/she received the award for. It herts when a BR awardee advertises and says on screen that buy this तेल or such other product and he receive a hefty sum for that. more

Don't watch IPL. Or if you have the courage and conviction file a case against whom you have the complaint.(that is consumer ministry or the ad firms) Are you asking "local circles to do your job? more

What for Mr. Nair is on this blog of local circles. We feel Sikha Jain is right to raise the concern on local circle and we expect the authority to listen what is said on this board. more
