PANASONIC MOBILE SERVICE ISSUE

I purchased a panasonic mobile, but after 3 month i found some problem in mobile , i went to panasonic mobile service center ,the kept my mobile for 3 months , i called up them so many times but they don't replying me even they are ignoring me , i sent so many mails to the head office and talk to state manager of service center but the are also ignoring me , after 100 days they are charging me 1200 rs for servicing. my all warranty period spent in service center. more

I am writing this to you from America ... Quality of Panasonic is not what it used to be ... I have very bad experience with my three head cassette deck for which I paid lot of money ... KINDLY GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND FILE INPERSON PETITION IN THE COURT ,AFTER THAT YOU GET SATISFACTION.LETSTRY AND DO THE JOB. more  
It is totally irregular and irresponsible act. Please inform the details to the company by Regd. Post and after 15 days file a case in consumer Forum. more
