Panchkula Burning

Last year sometime there were riots in rohtak and murthal and other places due to jat andolan. Haryana police failed miserably.

Today looking at tv the same scene is repeating. Why has the chief minister of haryana and his police machinery failed so miserably. Why was the city not evacuated before the verdict so only locals remain in the city.

Did Central Govt not coordinate with Haryana Government at all.

High time there is a template established to address such kind of rioting. Only then Surakshit Bharat can happen. more

It is the Chief Minister of Haryana Mr Khattar who is fully responsible for the riot, loss of life of several people and innumerable loss of public properties. Incidentally, Khattar is a big disciple of the rapist Baba Ram Rahim. State's many of the law enforcing officials are also the disciples of the rapist and were not inclined to take preventive action in advance to meet the situation in an effective manner. The government in the centre should review the entire incident in right perspective and initiate appropriate action against the concerned state government and its law enforcing officials. more
it is the state Government who is responsible for law & order situation in a state and if it goes out of control, then by the request of the state govt. the Central Government then interferes & takes step to help the state govt. But, after all it is the duty of the state govt to utilise the central force as per demands. In this case the State Govt. has totally paralyzed to control the situation or by the secret instructions the police remained silence so that an immense pressure shall be upon the court for any such decisions in near future. more
In my opinion, one of the reason for failure to control such situation is the presence of SYMPATHIZERS with the political party, police and administration. It was so in the case of Jat agitation for reservation and the latest case of Baba Ram Rahim. Therefore, such riots are not only a Law & Order issues. These are social problems. The case of Jat reservations should have been tackled at political level across the table with all concerned leaders. Similarly, all group leaders of Sucha Souda sect should have been politically approached to ensure they do not instigate innocent public. It is unfortunate that politicians leave the problem to be tacked by Police and administration. We in social media, must debate on this issue and take the matter to higher level. more
I feel your suggestion should be accepted and implemented across the Country. more
