Paris terrorists killed within 3 days. Can we learn from this?

Even though France does not have much experience in dealing with this kind of terrorist acts, they managed to track and kill them within 3 days. They immediately deployed helicopters and speed cars without wasting much time so that terrorists could not escape. Compare that with what is happeing in India. Almost every week we hear about maoist and other terrorists killing people at will and walk away. 2-3 days after the incident, investigations ordered. Investigating officers are camera crazy. They reveal whatever information they have collected and going to collect. They tell us even the modus operandy thru which they got the information like tracking mobiles,e-mails,CCTV camera placed at exactly which location, names of the people they are looking for, places at which police squads have been sent, names of the foreign agencies which provided them with information etc etc. How foolish people are at the helm of our security and intelligence agencies? Look at how they bungled the terror boats and allowed on boat to escape. They had advance warning and information from USA. They could have waited till both of them are completely inside our waters. They could have deployed more aircrafts to track and even destroy the escaping boat. They should be sent for training to Israel, France or USA. more

Can somebody tell me any case solved by CBI till now other than Rajiv Gandhi murder? more
IT PROVED THAT THE POLITICIANS, POLICE AND MILITARY FORCES ARE PATRIOTIC WITHOUT SHERKING FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES TO RESCUE PEOPLE&NATION more
CBI and other investigating agencies are a drain on public exchequer and must be disbanded at once and all their staff sacked without pension. They don't know anything about conducting investigations scientifically and are only good to harass a class 4 government servant for taking a 10 Rs bribe which will take 25 years to prosecute wasting 10 Lakh Rs of public funds to prosecute by which time the person concerned would have died of starvation. When a minister steals money they will be treated with all respect and the investigators will conveniently forget all about the theft. These so called agencies are adept at boot-licking to please the politician in power at the moment. To call them investigating agencies is a slur on that word itself. more
Why no progress is found in any of the cases on scams, black money, terror etc taken up by CBI,Judiciary or any other investigating agencies? The opposition is ranting that all these are false. If there is no progress further, people will certainly believe what the opposition say. more
There are always loopholes. That is why we are at this stage. more
