Parliament logjam

Jam salaries of MPs, MLA's, for not responding and attending and preventing its functions.Disqualify them from their MLA's, MPs, post since they are not serving the purpose for which they are elected.
Dismiss and order reelection in their constituencies,and bar them from contesting elections once for all.
Only constructive,MPs, MLA's, to be continued to be allowed for sitting ,and make them performance based,accountability, and economic,contribution to the society and the whole nation..
Bring reforms first in Loksabha,And in Rajyasabhas...
Disqualify disruptive forces,unproductive forces,and freedom is there not at the cost of nations economy,development, and progress!
Only peaceful constructive ideas,projects,problem solving discussions should be allowed and ban any personal attacks.let the Rajyasabhas,Locksabhhas,function like a educative,creative,innovative productive universities,irrespective, of political parties and let them function as problem solving ,creative planning institution,say for 100 years.nation building ,constructively... more

Yes I agree that non-performing MLAs/MPs and those not participating in the State Assembly/Parliament should not be paid for the days they stall the business and with couple of such incidences, disqualify them. Will a PIL help and are we willing to file? more  
sir it is correct, but who will pass the bill,where to be passed,first of all whether all the people are available or not, people who are working they know,plz comment,if you are not going to duty,what they will do,if u are not doing the work what they are doing,whether u are getting the salary,whether u are getting any benefit out of your job, if u r not attending..one side, people believe that the elected people are do something/manything for us, either elected leaders,doctors,wealthy people ... more  
If they (MP/MLA) are in real public service provides, then they should not take salary from Govt or not to increase their salary/pension regularly in comparison with Govt employees. A Govt employee after doing more than 20 years of service is not entitled for pension, whereas MLA and MP are entitled for pension on completion of six months or a year which can not be just. more
