Parliment : Majority is Authority
How can a tiny minority in Lok Sabha (Elected House) & Rajya Sabha (House of Nominees) can put whole country to ransom by not allowing the Government to function ? more

When the Congress was in power, the BJP stalled every motion in Parliament, except the pay rise for MPs. The Congress is now doing this in the Rajya Sabha. Both parties should be ashamed of themselves. They accept huge salaries for doing nothing but stalling the functioning of the Government for their own petty egos. They have a duty to govern, they have been elected to govern, they are paid to govern. So why don't they do their job???? more

Leaving off empowerment issue . The President of India shall exercise his intervention at his will and direct the Houses also advising the Speakers to achieve conduct of Business & report Every Friday Evening . This if not worked-out , shall exercise his next Power himself , impose Emergency and carry the democratic Orders . President should be empowered to ask parliamentarians to allow govt.transact business or face disqualification including punishment. Is parliament not a govt. office? more
