Passenger Amenities at Railway Stations

Dear Sir,

The below points which your kind self identified are really needed to the Passengers and please take necessary steps to provide these facilities at Stations.
Passenger Amenities needed at Railway Stations:

1. More clean and secure resting halls on stations required
2. Safe drinking water should be made available at railway stations
3. Clean toilets should be developed on station and inside trains
4. Good quality food at reasonable price should be available at the platforms
5. Multiple enquiry and ticket counters
6. Emergency medical assistance
7. Chemist shop
8. Digital display of train and coach (by train) info on platforms
9. Platform cleanliness needs urgent attention
10. CCTVs should be installed on the platforms to enhance security
11. Height of the platforms should be enhanced to match the level of the trains
12. Make stations senior citizen friendly
13. Better security arrangements on the stations more

Compulsory registration of shops and services within 0.5 kilometer of the railway station. this will help passenger to plan to tend their needs better. A list can be provided at the railway station. more

have store directory of shops around the station to plan for visit in advance. Some time at station one packs extra stuff for the emergency. passenger can travel easy. more  
another one is eliminating congestion around the railway station. It add to passenger travel time. its cheaper to clear the congestion around railway station which are mostly illegal in nature. its more costly to increase the speed of the train rather than eliminate congestion around station. more
