pathatic train journey even in first class A/C

See ..what vijaya said is 101% correct... It s a hell , when we travel in trains, bcoz of dirty toilets , i used to travel either 2nd a/c or if available first a/c , all the same , why i am travelling in 2nd ac or first ac, not because of i have the capability to afford that with a high cost , only because i expect a neat toilet atleast in these classes, but its so disappointed last time, i travelled from pune to goa and return, it was pathatic . I couldnt enter the first ac bathe room , neither 2nd ac. it was so disgusting now train travelling.
few suggessions , I am a hotelier with extensive expereince in branding and pre opening. first of all ,
1) you should restirct the conectivity from local compartments and air condition compartments . seriously 60% of the bathroom users are other compartments passengers .
2) please restrict beggers and non ticket travellers in those trains,
3) please make sure basic amenities inside the toilet with bacis towel package , one soap, and sterlizer.
4 ) keep one air purifier in side the toilets and compartments to avoid bad smells , which a normal person cannot adjust with it.
5) the charges are any way more than flight tickets but the facilities and cleanliness are very very poor and bad services, change all he cleaning vendors immediatly more

Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to mention visa application and appointment, we have been following for visa , but we are not receiving any reply to this regarding, but just assurance that we are processing, We like to inform that the travel planned is for June 1, and we still need to apply for schemas visa for tour from Kulin Kumar on June 8. We also need to buy tickets and delay in visa process will derail our trip. Hope you take care of urgency. Rgds Manoj mehta 9448076178 Sent from my BlackBerry - the most secure mobile device more
Bus fares are very costly when compared to rail fares. One would not really mind to pay a little bit extra for a train journey as trains these days are very fast and econimcal to operate when one compares them with a bus journey. For example, a bus journey from Bangalore to Mysore in an ordinary bus costs around Rs 140 while a train journey costs only around Rs 60. A bus journey usually takes around 4 hours during peak hours while a train journey usually takes just 2-3 hours only to traverse the distance of around 140 kilometers. more
Agreed that toilets in First AC and AC 2tier are equally dirty and stinking. This is because contractor given such work are dishonest and to some extent the workers of contractor avoid to clean. They only do superficial cleaning and at less frequency than contract terms and conditions. Passengers any way avoid complaining. On record Railway management does not have many complaints. So contractor does good work in their records and get repeated orders. more
Actually we must not only blame the government it depends upon the passengers, i even found the dirty toilets in rajdhani and shatabdi train then what could we say about our people? Yes there is some loops with railway that they are not cleaning properly since the bio toilets have been installed but the passengers are the main culprit. As a traveler we must not spoil the toilets we must consider train as our property avoid littering it. more
Railway say they are bankrupt do not have money to pay. more
