Pathetic after sales support from evok faridabad
Hi purchased mattress from evok faridabad, having quality issue. Escalated many times to evok but no response, seems they have no support mechanism after sales service. Pathetic experience, can any body guide how to take up further. more

Please send a written complaint with full details about the issue. In my opinion the problem shall get resolved. Consumer Forum is the only last option when all other channels get failed. You can also discuss your problem with Haryana Consumer Helpline at 1800-180-2087 during working hrs. more

Service tax should be levied only on the provider & not on who avails the service . Since the provider are the benefishries. There should be single slab with simple calculations. more

Post your complaint on e-portal of consumer forum of your area/state. Also, send an email to the company head office as also to the department of consumer affairs, government of Haryana. In nut shell, escalate your grievance at all levels possible. more
