Pathetic BSNL

There is a BSNL Lndline connection at my home which was taken in 1996 and the no is-0343-2545874.In 2008 we took the broadband services. In 2009 the pole from which the connection at home was stolen. We undertook our own initiative and got our connection restored through underground connectivity.Therafter all the problems stated cropping up and the broadband was very slow.We had at least more than 50 times lodged the complain with BSNL but the issue was never solved. The officers used to come and say all is ok with the line.We were getting fed up when the line man told us to get the underground connection point to be cleaned and checked thoroughly. We got the job done by him unofficially and paid him the amount he had asked for.Now the issue has been rectified and we are satisfied with the speed of Broadband,
This means that BSNL officers knew about the problem but did not had the will or interest to solve our problem. more

Number 0260-2255163 is not working for years and they send a bill every month which is paid regularly. Every complaint is resolved at their end, nobody visits the site to repair it or to get feedback on the complaint. more
I think this should have happened in the previous regime. However, if you experience such difficulties, please send a complaint then & there to Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Union Minister in his portal & you will see definitive action. more
@G Nagaraja @Narendra Kumar Gupta @Ramesh Varna B Kindly provide the Landline No, Alternate Contact No & Address. It will help BSNL to understand your problem and they will resolve your issue ASAP. more
Even I had complained several times. My landline & Broadband were not working for a long time. Almost 20days in January & 20days in February 2016. If we complain their rep will come after two days & resolve it temperorily. Again after 1 or 2 days, it will not work. Again gave complaint. Even BSNL sends bill for the non working days also. Their bill is charging as per plan full amount irrespective of our phone & BB works or not? Why we have to pay for non working days ? Their customer service is very poor. Their pricing also not competitive. more
I have become expert in making BSNL respond to my complaints. When I had issues with broadband, i simply followed what has been advised by executives BSNL,(without spending any money). Nothing worked. The solution given by BSNL there after. 1. I have to change the instrument 2. The cable is to be replaced 3.The wireless router is to be changed 2.I asked them to change the cable - issue not resolved 3. I took the wireless router to the BSNL exchange and checked, the router was found OK 1. Then I checked instrument by them at their lab - it was ok Then they checked the adopter at the exchange and found some problem with it.Without saying anything they have changed my line connection to the different adopter at the exchange What I have tried was to list down all the possible issues and took one by one with BSNL and make them to identify the issue by elimination process. However, the typical issue frequently experienced is DNS server not responding. One fact I fund with BSNL is the knowledge in addressing the issue is low. Response is poor. Only few are really addressing the customer issues being reported more
