Pathetic Johnson & Johnson

Seems like Delhi High Court has put a stay on the anti profiteering order against J&J for profiteering on sanitary napkins, Instead of paying the 42.8 crores GST it has gotten the stay from Delhi high court.

Logic given is that with GST rate going from 12% to 0% they could not take any ITC benefit and hence they did not pass the equivalent benefit.

My question is if ITC was say 3%, you still should have reduced price by 9% Why did you not do it J&J.

This is the same company that has faulty hip replacements, has problems with its shampoo and its talc has been proven to be cancer causing in america.

Such companies must be barred from selling anything in India. more

payment first more
Yes i go with your suggestion Sir (Naganand Nileshwar). Why always look upon Govt for everything, lets us too do our bit. I hence forth wont include J& J product in my purchase list period. As it is I have become too conscious on my purchase since last 3yrs, post coming across the viral message during Diwali on Chines lamps, the revenue being utilized to fund terrorism of which our army was taking the brunt. Now I have completely switched to Patanjali products, including my children Patanjali Bournvita which they resisted for a while, now have got along. Am walking Patanjali brand... right from kitchen stuff, toiletries, food & Oil, Pooja samagri now perfume too. more
Our Courts, all of them, are the major source of CORRUPTION in the country. more
Govt should ask for the payment first. The company should only go to the court for refund. Why should Govt. lose the interest and utilisation of the amount more
