Pay Commission and Railways
The issue of Pay commission arises due to erosion of Pay after a certain period to keep the employees who are acting as government machinery to lead a life with dignity on par with other equated cadres. Don't always compare an employee with a higher pay who attains with seniority on selection by his intelligence. The utilisation of brains of employees and the Intelligence is the responsibility of the ruling governments. There is a say that "if you Pay peanuts, you will get monkeys". Corruption in the government sector is the failure of the past governments, and we hope that the same is taken care in the present system of new government. The fruits and the policies of the public funds should reach the citizens without any barricades. There shall be a stringent audit how the government funds are flowing and there shall be no pilferages in between, and simultaneously there shall be no undue hardship to a common in between. Government shall also think controlling of inflation to keep the erosion in the ensuing years. more
