Pay TM is misleading consumers

Paytm says I must do KYC if i want to use wallet to pay more than 10000 a month but what it does is it takes my money in wallet as much amount and only when I am trying to pay someone it stops me and says upgrade your account by doing KYC.

It is misleading consumers. When a consumer is putting money in wallet it should tell me i wont be able to use the money till next month. Then i wont even recharge the wallet. more

In fact I have never has had faith in PayTm. more
PayTM is a very big fraud. There are fraudsters among their employees. These frauds steal customer data and pass them on to criminal gangs who cheat the customers and extract money from unsuspecting customers, posing as staff of PayTM. These black cats in PayTM and their associates must be sternly dealt with. A surgical strike is very much needed now to destroy the frauds in their employee base. more
PayTM is really taking its customers for a ride. I had booked a 2tier AC ticket on IRCTC from CSTM to Agra. Later on I cancelled it and asked for refund. At this time I had not completed my KYC, hence PayTM replied that the amount would be deposited in my bank account. I finished my KYC and informed PayTM. Now it is more than 25 days( all during Sept 2021) but my money amounting to Rs 4780 is still pending. I wrote to the CEO- Mr VS Sharma- but no response. It is impossible to call and talk to anyone in PayTM. Can someone help me please? aarunajain@gmail.com more
Every cloud has a silver lining. The total deposit in PayTM by customers are more than crores and they are enjoying interest free deposit. But when it comes to developing awareness, they simply keep quite and raise objection like KYC updation. more
Truly said I also faced the same problem on 28 sept they keep holding the amount till next month. Yesterday 1 Oct I could again operate my account. The only solutions for wallet users is keep tracks of ur transaction use not to exceed 10 k. more
