CAN ANY ONE TELL HOW TO CONTACT PAY TM BY E MAIL. WHEN CONTACTED THROUGH PHONE, THE TRANSACTION ID WAS TOLD AS WRONG, SO THE TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WAS NOT POSSIBLE. THE MAIL SENT AT CARE@PAYTM.COM/CARE@PAYTMBANK.COM WAS RETURNED BACK. SO NO WAY TO CONTACT 'PAYTM' THE MONEY IS GONE AND YOU CAN NOT DO ANY THING. PAYTM IS COMMING AS BIG FRAUD. I am also facing the issues with paytm.. i can suggest you one email box.. nodalofficer@paytmbank.com But i agree big frauds they are.. they are mentioning everywhere that KYC can be done by visiting the authorised stores and those authorised stores are saying they cant do the KYC. Filed a complaint today in consumer court more

I do understand Mr. Gupta's problem, because I have faced same problem. No way to contact Paytm, website, E-mail etc all hoax. Once money gone, it's gone for good. more
