Paytm charged me 7k extra for air tickets
I booked airlines ticket paytm and at the time of booking the price was 15k around but when I made payment it was 18350. When I contacted them they always send one copy pasted message that this is airlines issue we can't do anything. Can someone please let me know how can I get my extra money back. more

Yes, probably this is the mistake of the Airlines. Many airlines are unpredictable and they show something and at the time of booking they charge some thing more (apart from convenience charges). Hence, it is wise not to pay, if the cost of ticket is charged more, just at the time of payment more

Hi you can dispute the transaction via bank with PAYTM u would need to raise a chargeback from your side against the PAYTM order id . Keep a printed copy of all transaction. Contact Airline you purchased ticket. Question them about excess payment if they give satisfactory reply then followup if they reply in negative then ask Paytm for refund or else file a complaint with consumer redressal forum in your district. more

Why you people are so fascinated of such money transfer mechanism, is there a big problem to buy ticket through debit card or any other system? Such institution has no credentiality, so why to use it? It's very sad now a days all youngsters are fascinated of such mechanism and suffer a lot, still no one takes a lesson of others bad experience. Govt. is least bothered of such incident. common people are suffering. more
