Who can guarantee a continuous service in private to be entitled of pension scheme? (2) Who will guarantee the conduct of private sector employers to provide the required information to claim pension scheme benefits? (3) Or, do you say the pension scheme is nothing but the contribution (or, monthly fixed deposits) of the employee. First of all, we must talk and solve the problems employees are facing in the procedures not followed by the employers largely, and the employees are not informed of the benefits of the scheme at the start of career. more
