Performance Index for Judges
Every Judge should have a performance index i) Time related : How fast did the case proceed. This may include the number of adjournments, time duration of adjournments and time taken to deliver judgement after last hearing ii) Endorsement or reversal of his judgments by higher bench/court iii) This index must be not manual but automatically done by Judicial computer system. more

H The performance of a Judicial officer is well monitored .Monthly Quarterly Six monthly and Annual reports are sent regularly by each officer.Similarly the performance of High Court Judges is monitored for future promotions. RamMurti Bajpai more

Your views are correct. The CP ACT is being amended to include, a MEDIATION plan, if the consumer is not interested to go to the CDRFORA( CONSUMER COURT). The bill is pending in the parliament, since 2015. Let us hope for its early passage more

It is a common knowledge When a consumer is cheated there is a cartel behind to protect and deny consumer, hence BUYERS BE AWARE. When Consumer protection forums meant for the purposes deny the Rights of consumers, such a body is not worth its existence. It only reflects incompetence and inefficiency on the part of the concerned managing/running such institutions at the cost of Exchequer. Irony is such institutions are created by the act of parliament and allowed to flourish nobody is allowed to question when questioned no remedy. more
