After attaining the age of superannuation, even in employment, the em-loyer has no obligation to contribute towards Provident Fund. Similarly ESI also. In case the employer wants to provide medical cover to the employer he can do so.It is not mandatory only optional. more
Hi, Bindhu, Yes you can contribute after 60 years, one is in continuous service. But, he/she will not contributing for pension fund. All the contributions are transfered to PF account only. In the same way ESI also. ESI is must after 60 Years. Thanks . GK more
