PF Amount pending in my previous company
I have my PF amount pending in Maruti , where it was a trust and in my current organization it is with PF .Maruti is ready to transfer but here they are saying as I am not registered here under pension whereas I was regaistered there under pension, it is not possible.Can someone help more

My old amount in my previous company is not claimed from last 10 yrs. I have an a/c. in that organisation and it's cut my Pf amount in each month ,now what can I do for claim my Pf amount. more

Contact that previous trust and request to solve, there are need to new declaration and submit related office (new joint declaration form) more

There seems to be a little confusion. Now all transfers are done through Net. It is a mismatch since the new employer has not given the PF number where earlier Maruti account was to be merged. F-13 be submitted to the present PF office who will do rest of the things. The balance will however be reflected in the next Year statement. more

If the PF trust of Maruti is a exempted under EPF act, then you can tranfer the amount to EPFO with a request to Maruti in form No.13, Then they will prepare annexure-K and issue cheque/DD in favour of your epfo. If the Pf trust of Maruti is an unexempted under EPF act, then, you had only option to withdraw from the Maruti trust as the amount is not going to be tranfered to PFO more
