PF Claim Rejected

Hi,

My PF is rejected recently as I am clamining it after 3 years from the date of leaving the organisation. As per Organisation they need:

Declaration for delay in claiming the Provident Fund : As per RPFC (Regional Provident Fund Commissioner) if an employee is claiming his/her provident fund after 3 years from the date of leaving the service he/she needs to submit the declaration along with a copy of photo id proof. The declaration needs to be addressed to Regional PF Office, Bandra/Gurgaon

Can somebody pls provide me the template for this declaration or advise how this can be created.

Thanks more

Can the EPFO officials respond to this? more
Claim for PF should not be rejected but should have been asked for declaration for delay. The thing is that u will not get interest for delayed period. Resubmit along with written explanation. more
Dear dont panic and as informed by Mr. Uday Verma just submit your claim once again with the valid reason or whatever was the reason you could not claim your PF after leaving the job. Put the reason on a plain paper - Give the Paper a heading - Declaration for delay. Submit your papers and your claim will be setteled. more
The reason one may give in plain paper with afficdafit. If still delayed the grievance on line can be submitted. The cell responds and does a fast job. more
I also had faced once the same problem in getting my PF amount While I was in sika India. I simply asserted a valid reason why I did not go for withdrawal in time on simple piece of paper and gave a photo id self attested, along with other papers it was submitted by the company and I got my amount credited into my bank account. Suggest you do the same. more
