PF Contribution missing in my PF statement

In my previous PF account statement, contribution amount is missing for the month of April 2012(wage month 03'2012). My previous employer have produced the proof that they have deposited the same well on time. I have already raised this issue on EPF grievance cell but they replied as "With reference to your grievance it is advised that to submit application and ECR (revised) for adding the contribution for the month of March 2012." (their reply is attached with this post).

But if company has already deposited the amount and that too after generating the ECR online, why should ECR be revised now? I have got all the proofs that this PF amount was deposited.

Kindly suggest how can I proceed to get my PF statement corrected. more

Generaly EPFO, provides statements from March-Feb of the respective year. Since your contribution of March falls in enxt financial yearm, the same will be upadted when they give the individual statemtents. If you have applied for transfer of contributions, please obtain Annexure-K, if it is not reflected in this statement, then contact your previous employer and submit a copy of ECR for necessary update. more
Contact your employer and ask them to submit the revised ECR for that period. more
Why you worry.Employer is deducting your PF contribution from your salary every month and remitting the same. If you lost your statement get a duplicate one from the concerned.or else write to on on ward submission to PMO as I am a Member PM's 25 circles. more
