PF fund withdrawal after retirement - Age 59
I submitted PF withdrawal form when I took retirement from the Pvt employer and I received majority of the PF balance - employer contribution as well as my contribution.
I applied after about 1 year for the balance amount in my PF account and again I received part payment from EPFO. There is still a balance amount in my PF account and the same is visible when I check my PF passbook. However, EPFO replies that there is no balance in my account is refuse to pay the balance amount.
Am I eligible to get the balance amount lying in my PF account? If yes, what is the online procedure for the same?

You submit your grievances at EPFO.COM. You will get proper reply. You must have statement of account of previous years for support. more

I tried but my mistake was not to submit PF passbook document with the grievances. I assume that they have access to same system and they will see the same balance. However, they have rejected my claim and close the grievance. I will have to raise it once again with PF passbook as attachment and ask for payment. more

Mr. Ajit Shah, It your money and no body can stop you in taking out your money from your EPF Account. You take the print out of your account, which shows the balance amount and speak to the EPF Commissioner. Hope your problem will solved and you will be able to take out your money. more

These are bloody government officials, who are just meant for eating our money. They are not believe in to work as per their salary they draws. Just give some bribe your work will be done, even if there want be any balance in your account, they will give money form someone else account!!! more
