PF NOT ABLE TO GET
Dear sir/madam, I worked in a corporate company for 2.5 years. I have resigned my job, by handing over my resignation letter to our HOD. And requested to relieve in one month against 3 months notice period.
I told in my letter that i will pay the basic salary for earlier relieving. But till end of one month they did not forwarded the letter to HR dept. Hr dept . told us only after getting my resignation letter then only they can able to do any thing. But my boss and HOD nobody give chance to listen my concerns and help me out.
As next employer asked urgently to join, i sent a mail to my dept. head, hr dept. and all concerned , by informing that i would not be able to come next day onwards. I requested them to give my releiving letter at the earliest.
But after 6 months also, they did not give me any settlement/releiving order and PF related matters.
With this backup information I request this forum to guide me the ways to get my PF amount. Due to financial commitments I do not want to transfer my pf account to new company where i joined.

Dear Raghavan; (1) When you have submitted the resignation letter have you taken the acknowledgement on your copy, if so, attach the same and write a letter to HR Dept., of the previous co., and send through Registered Post. (2) Pl let us know that do you have EPF facility at the New employment where you are working now, if so, you cannot withdraw the PF amount, its mandatory to transfer the PF amount is the only option. (3) Complete withdrawal option is available only when leave a job and you are without job for more than 60 days from the date of last working day with the previous employer. more

I agree with Srinivas Rao. Even the new company should not engage employee without proper relieving letter. This is a mistake most of the youngesters are doing these days but it goes into their personal record & in the long run not good for carrer growth. more

I am join ADECCO 16Dec2011 and realive on 30-11-2013 against pf withdrawal for send on Sep.2015, ADECCO not give pf Please action more
