PF number is not being provded by previous employeer
I have been contacting my previous employeer CMS infosystem however they are not responding me back with my PF number. Please suggest how can I get my PF number if they dont respond me back. more

If your employer is defrauding you of the PF due to you, it is violating the law. There are several options - if internal escalation with your previous employer HR does not work (You need to contact the highest officer of HR - like GM or Director by Regd Post). If you still find your employer has not deposited the deducted PF with the trust or EPF, you can file a complaint with either RPFC or a criminal case against your employer with the police or complain to the chief vigilance officer appointed by the labour ministry. more

Sorry to Kunal its your fault you should know you pf number. But still you can find out through pf website. Bt site is not fully operational. more

@Kunal - I also had the same issue, but I wrote to the state PF office and or send or visit them they will help. Unless you get your salary slip which will have it... more
