PF Transfer Escalation
Any anybody suggest any escalation for PF transfer. My friends PF was transfer wrongly by EPFO, which was reverted back after lot of grievance which they accepted and they asked to start transfer for that PF.
But now when she submits form for PF transfer, they say PF already claimed and date they mention is when is of wrong transfer date.
Not much use of filing grievance now. I am following from 2 years now.
Please suggest a way, how can she get her PF back. more

I too am suffering from last one year,the amount has not been credited to my current PF number and the Pass book is also not generated in EPFO web site,whence the PF amount from previous employer is already credited in PF office accounts,I will also definetely write to Hon Dattatreya,Thanks Mr Gopal more

Try emailing to grievances cell acc.csd@epfindia.gov.in with a/ct no & all other relevant details more

First get a written note that PF which was wrongly transfered but claimed back. Second if you already have given written complaints to pf commisner or office numerous times then put RTI with all documents attached. And adding to this send legal notice from labour court. I hope this can help you. more
