PF transfer from one place to other in case of job change.
My son switched his job from from his employer at Gurgaon to a new job at Bangalore. The previous employer applied for transfer of the PF account to Bangalore in January 2015. Till date the same has not been done. The status being shown on PF website is "under process". How much time does it take to transfer the account in the current context of being online. Would the authorities help in this case more

If you have an UAN number from your old employer, give the same to new employer and give the application for transfer to the new employer. Rest has to be done by the new employer. Your old employer has to verify your credentials online using a Digital Signature Certificate and is transferred immediately thereafter. more

As per my knowledge PF transfer is made online now... employee can login to memberclaims.epfoservices.in and get register himself then he file transfer form online. more

what I understan even in case of UAN you need to transfer. I have got 2 UAN for my 2 pf both with Delhi PF office. They have asked me to submit form 13 for transfer. more

Dear Sir, PF department alloted an UAN number to employees and facilitate to attach old PF accounts with new one. But in your son's case it is noticed that UAN number is till not allotted by his previous employer and applied for account transfer. Therefore you may visit to Gurgaon PF Office and inquire for the same. Your matter may be solved shortly. more
