PF (trust account) transfer
Dear Friends,
I have a query regarding my PF account in my previous organisation where in they have PF Trust and employees are not provided UAN. After joining my new organisation, I have given request to transfer the old PF account to my new account. Do anyone have the idea how long the transfer process generally take? As I'm not receiving any reply from my previous employer even after writing repeatedly and they are not providing any form 13 (meant for PF transfer) submission details.
Could someone suggest what is the best way to deal in such cases? Thank you in advance. more

You have not mentioned the dates and also place now days you get most of the info on their portal , you can attend on their adalath which is mostly on tenth of every month , more

Thank you for the information Mr. Guru. My ex-employer is in Chennai and the current employer is in Delhi. So trust account is in Chennai. I have submitted Form 13 in during the month of Oct 2017. Best Regards, more

I think trust amount cannot be transferred directly as on line is accepting EPFO activities. You can send form 13 through current employer to Previous employer and related PF commissioner. It will get transferred, but only thing is that you need to pursue your ex colleague who is taking care of PF. Please do not withdraw the amounts as it will be very useful in long term. more

Thank you Sitaram ji. I have already processed form 13 from current employer to ex-employer few months' back. Still waiting for the transferred amount in my new account. more

Since your previous employer was depositing in PF Trust, you can apply online directly through form 13....It should not take more than 1 month for the transactions....Pl keep in contact with your previous employer for faster transfer as they need to verify it more

Their is no time bounding in any of the PF Transactions they do it at their own leisure. more
