PF withdrawal from company managed Provident Fund Trust

I have resigned from the services of an MNC pharmaceutical company after 25 years of employment effective 1st March 2015 and am currently not employed .

The EPF is managed by a company managed trust.

I have submitted the requisite forms for withdrawal of PF & EPS and payment of gratuity in March 2015 itself.

After repeated mails the company has paid my gratuity and allowances in June. They have not paid my PF amount as yet (mandatory waiting period is 2 months & processing time is 30 days) so I should have got the amount latest by June end.

The concerned persons in HR dept are not responding to my mails or answering phone calls.

Can anyone suggest what should be my further course of action? Is there any legal recourse for this? more

Address a letter to your area(CITY) Provident fund Office with a copy to your company giving all details of your PF account and the Company Trust name and other details such as their registration number and one or two salary slips showing deduction of PF from your salary along with copy of withdrawal forms submitted to your Company Office. In case, if you are subscribing to pension fund to E.P.F.O, then you can lodge a grievance in the E.P.F.O portal 'epfindia.gov.in' in home page under employee services lodge grievance giving all particulars and non response of your company etc, then the P.F.O will issue notice to your Company and they have to compulsorily respond to that. more
Hi, What stops you to personally meet HR head and record your meeting video chat if possible? If it is money accumulated for so many years, I am sure it would be your biggest asset . Yes, you can do a lot for your money. You can file complaint to labor ministry. All the best sir ! Pankaj more
Mr.Ponnusamy is right that is the only solution more
Interest is not paid from the day the account is closed till the time of payment to the individual, the longer they hold they satiate their sadistic pleasure by not even responding to phone calls and emails. The head of the company does not obviously have a stature nor a policy of administration. more
