PF Withdrawal process
Hi could any one explain me in brief the full process of withdrawing our PF money & How long it takes to get the money in hand??? more

Assuming you meet the conditions as stated above the following is the complete process . Please download form 19 and fill in duplicate . You need to attach a blank cheque leaf ; self certificate of non employment ; 15G form in duplicate. You need to sign at 3 places on form 19 .You need to also affix advance revenue stamp and sign as well . The completed documents must be sent to your employer. Once employer validates your employment details the employer will submit the the regional PF commissioner office . Normally employer takes upto 1 month to validate and another 15 days to submit to PF authorities. RPFC will take maximum of 1 month to pay the funds in your account. Once submitted to PF authorities , you can check online the status as well . more

First of all one should know the rules for withdrawl. For withdrawing EPF amount, one should be out of employment continuously for 60 days or more. In case they opt for employment in future they have option to wait and get it transferred to new empooyer's account. For withdrwala one has to submit form 10C through their last employer. Only EPF contributions are refunded and not Pension fund contributions. In case you are not out of employment for 60 days withdrawal is not permitted and you can apply for transfer of bothe EPF and EPS contributions to new employer's account. more
