Pfizer and moderna covid vaccines are no good for India
Pfizer and moderna vaccine are out of bound for us as we simply don’t have coldchain of -70 degrees. Our sole hope is Oxford as this can be stored in normal refrigerator but Oxford guys are not telling anything for last 40 days . Hope they give us some good news. more

It is not understood if some liquid is kept at -70 deg C and then injected in our body what will happen. Hopefully it doesn't lose efficiency quickly since heat transfer per second will be massive the moment it is taken out from that -70 deg freezer. more

Better than nothing in hand. Since Pfizer is using a new technology or system or molecule (m-RNA) for triggering immune response in our body against COVID that is why a -70 C freezer is required. Atleast it will be useful in places where -70 C Freezer is available. We should be thankful to Pfizer for their efforts rather than critisizing. more

The media have their own axe to grind, in that they need to make the "Khabar" spicy for their product, viz. newspaper/magazine, to sell. We, the people, must need to use our own common sense and intelligence. Commenting on half-cooked meal is not helpful to anyone !!! more

COVID 19 Vaccine from Moderna must be stored and transported at minus 20 C Vaccine by Pfizer Minus 70 C. But we shouldn’t forget that there are still some questions to be answered. Like, *Does it work equally well with young as well as the old people. *Will vaccinated people be able to prevent the spread . * How long the immunity last. * How many countries including India be able to maintain the temperatures mentioned above while transporting and Storing . Probably they are working on these. WHEN THE SECOND POINT, IF VACCINATED PEOPLE WILL NOT TRNSMIT THE VIRUS IS ANSWERED . THEN WE HAVE ALMOST WON THE FIGHT. Like Leprosy was won with Multi Drug Therapy in the 1970’s. more

Modena does not need -70 C , it can also be stored in refrigerator at - 2 to-8 degrees for a week and at -20 for 6 months. more
