Phelgum problem

My mother in law who is eighty two years old ,she has been suffering from phelgum for the last three years . Phelgum goes to her head and she gets severe headach , disturbs sleep as well . She has tried ginger juice with honey,other home remedies also.But got not much relief.pl suggest some remedy if someone has same problem.

Try one large pinch of mulathi and pipali (combined) powder with honey morning and evening. Steam should be helpful. There are several expectorants available in allopathy. Baba Ramdev medicines are another option. Are based in Delhi? more

Dear Surjeet ji, You may try Hepar Sulph 30, liquid, and give 20-30 drops in half cup of warm water, two three times daily. I am sure that the problem causing stuff will start flowing from nose after taking this medicine, and there will be relief from the sinus pains ,headache etc. The nose will certainly run profusely, so no need to worry or fear that the patient has a bad cold. Nothing like that. Keep a few hankies ready. Wishing good health to your dear mother in Law. Do let me, if there is relief. But i am 99 % sure it will be cured. more
