Pinch on commoners

Husband and I had a debate on state of middle class in India dat before yday. He went to the petrol pump today.
Stood out of the car, and observed 5 two-wheeler owners.
They bought petrol worth 50, 80, 100, 40, 50 rupees.
Loss of purchasing power and huge stress on common folk is visible to those who still can see.

(Petrol retails at 110 Rs/litre) more

It is proved that in India average Inflation is more then 10%. Those whose Income is Fixed or does not Increase are in real Trouble. Non Pensioner Senior Citizens fall in to this category. Govt must pay attention towards them. more
Rate of milk gone up, rate of cooking gas gone up, rate of bread gone up, rate of wheat gone up, rate of cooking oil gone up, rate of petrol gone up, rate of the toll in Mumbai/Pune gone up, rate of food in all categories gone up, rate of electricity gone up, what does the middle class do? Go without essentials. Now the government has ordered that everyone who has a bank account has to link their Pan to their Aadhar. The poor are going helter skelter to find e sevas to do this and they are being charged between 1200 to 1500/- per person!!!!! Can you beat this looting??? more
Modi ji has more wisdom, righting past wrongs. Equality creating welfarism good, otherwise here people whom providence gave enough, keep questioning any welfare measure Modi gives to the poor.
Which state are you in? in UP, petrol retails at Rs. 96.58 per litre. more
I agree. Just a stereotype created here. Farmers work very hard. Rich still dominate. Catharthis seeing the situation changing. Rich consumed subsidised diesel running their SUVs. Never imagined such people would highlight welfarist free foodgrain distribution labelling it a freebie! Quite patronising.Try doing their work! By the way, 80 crore people getting free foodgrains are poor. Others incomes always appear more. यहां लोग यदि लेखक प्रेमचंद द्वारा लिखित कहानियां, "पूस की रात", पढ़ी हैं? पढ़िए फिर जान जायेंगे। more
