Pl. provide wheelchair at the big railway stations

Sir/Madam, I often travel with my mother who is almost 80 and ailing. But unfortunately I've not found wheelchair for the elderly persons on the platform except two/three cases. Big platform like Puri Station etc. it's very difficult for aged persons to cross such a big platform and take any transport for the destination.
May I humbly request to your goodself please provide wheelchair or any alternative [am agreed to pay for the service] so that aged people can go peacefully.

this suggestion or request is very timely.not only wheel chairs even battery operated buggies(sufficient numbers),escalators and ramps are required to be provided at all platforms at all stations and not only at big stations.Do passengers at smaller stations pay less fares?no.then why discriminate? more
