planned group corruption in medical field

Printed MRP on drug 100 time of real production cost. and same is distributing among doctors by medicals representatives. MRP of drug should be fixed by price regulatory authority. so pharma company should not be able to distribute money or gift among the doctors more

Ms.Kaur herself a Minister of Food Processing Industries should know that such malpractices continue to thrive due to political nexus and connections only. Despite being a member of SAD...I'm sure she has lived upto her membership by making a lot of people SAD. All that BJP has been making is News...for publicity but ground situation is different. more
In Andhrapradesh we have generic medical shops.Generic medicines are very cheep in comparison to branded ones. This is very useful to common man. But the issue is MRP printed on them. That MRP is at par with branded ones. But they are sold at very reasonable and cheaper rates sometimes 90% discount. 1 Why Inflated MRP is printed. 2 This leads to cheating by selling at MRP, which is inflated and not real. 3 They are sold as substitute to branded ones at printed MRP. more
By distributing gift to Doctors is bribing. Doctors prescribe 0nly those medicines from where they get extra Gift. more

There are countless unknown/unscrupulous 'manufacturers' of medicines/accessories in India to produce many general use products by printing highly inflated prices in partnership with medical fraternity and chemists. There is no system in place to check the antecedents of such manufacturers and quality of their products. Many of such companies do not mention their complete address, drug licence etc. They simply print the name of marketing office which is generally a residential area in a remote area. The Central & State Health Authorities need to wake up and start testing all products being sold by the chemists and verifying the addresses and drug manufacturing licences to avoid further loot of hapless and illiterate patients. more
