Plastic Ban

All big leaders talk big big things on clean cities towns and villages. They are collecting lot of CESS also for maintaining cities still no one is interested in performing the duty assigned and what we expect from leaders.

They can do lot many things for collecting and recycling the plastic trash it can become a huge Industry and generate lot of employment instead they are adopting un scientic methods and there will be lots of loop holes implementation will be shoddy. Those deployed for monitoring and controlling the use of plastic will make lot of money as the penalty amount is phenomenally high so people will have setting with inspector.

Recycling is a better option more

Who said plastic is non-degradable? Many plastic bags are bio-degradable. Instead of banning all plastic items, the BMC have exempted some. Yesterday I went to a store to buy dry fruits. I saw a vendor with a hundred packets of churmura, kurkure, etc. I asked him how he was allowed to sell these? He said they were exempted from the ban!!! How come? Let the non-biodegradable bags be banned completely and let the municipality perform their responsibility with respect to collection of plastic and disposing off the same in an environmentally safe way. more
One more avenue for corruption opened. Please welcome the same. Yes, plastic is non-degradable and needs to be disposed off appropriately, if possible. Opening up one more front for corruption is not called for. This will not end the stocks of plastic which is being generated illegally. Instead, let the authority collect all non-degradable items for a cost. The results would be much more efficient collection of plastic for destruction. more
Price of milk immediately increased by Re. 1 for 1 ltr, which was to be redeemed when the consumer returned the empty pack for recycling. Has anyone been able to get this money back? more
Govt is not giving any alternative to Plastic Bags & other Plastic Items, Where govt is Claiming for Clean Environment. From the Back Doors Govt is Negotiating with Plastic Manufacturers & Black Mailing for big Ransoms . This other face of this Govt.
