Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I, Biswanath Dhar had applied for the post of Draughtsman (Civil) at a company after seeing a newspaper advertisement given in the Telegraph newspaper, dated 09/03/2010. After application was made I received a call letter for interview from UTI Technology Services Limited. ( a Government of India Company ) and through interview I was selected and asked to join the Company by 7th July 2010. Accordingly I had reported and joined the company After joining UTI TSL I have to work for UTI IASL. Which was later merged with UTI ITSL. In connection to this I need to mention that though the interview was held for Kolkata Office and because of my Seniority and Experience I was posted at the Delhi Office. There I have worked for 10 Month peacefully and suddenly the Company found that a couple of employees had resigned from the ERO Kolkata office and office order was issued stating that I was being transferred from Delhi office to Kolkata office and I have joined the Kolkata office accordingly on 28th April 2011. After I joined kolkata office, I found that the kolkata office does not bear a good work culture (some officially firmed group & act monarchy) and also does not maintain good PR policies. Due to this I was little bit depressed and tried to solve the matter through discussion with my senior officials. But my senior officers got antagonized with me and started to put me under pressure intentionally stating that I had to work in the same way like them and wants me to follow the malpractices followed by them. Having good understanding with the vendors & getting handsome income from them by doing follows in official Works Contracts etc. As I did not follow their instruction and tried to rectify them they started harassing me and put me under mental stress for which I was hospitalized for few days. The mental torturing level increased a lot day by day. I was compelled to go out for official tour very frequently and my Reporting officials did not sanction my tour allowances such as OT, Compensatory Off. etc. for which I am entitled. I have reported all these to my head office but no action was taken by them as the Regional Manager East was having close relation with CEO & taking this advantage. Regional Manager wontedly demoralizing me and transferred me from Civil back ground ( Infrastructure division) to PAN Card Service Division as a Data Entry Operator at single counter without issuing any proper office order. I am suffering a lot for which they are intentionally pressuring me to do the more number of data entry then normal & compared to others. They don’t even give me any break and lunch more than 15 minutes but they take nearly 1 hour to 1 ½ hours for lunch. Due to this I am mentally upset, Civil Draughtsmanship Designing work is my passion. At this juncture I stand perplexed and don’t know what to do. And if I have to resign from my job then I will be in great trouble as my family members are dependent on me only Also the Temporary Staffs at our office are also suffering a lot due to their monarchy rules in the office. They are forced to report to duty inspite a declared Public Holiday (Municipal Corporation Election Day dated 18/04/2015 and 25/04/2015) they are on No work No pay basis as mandatory rules are followed by this office. And recently my official mail id and CUG is deactivated by the alternative reporting officer instructions. So, I look forward to your kind Consideration and necessary action in this regard. Until there is a political reform in our country, nothing can stop inflow of such illegal money. Carry out a discreet inquiry and you will certainly come to know that the politicians from different political parties are directly or indirectly involved in most of the hawala cases and terrorist activities. Cracking down on all terrorist outfits and the so called leaders directly and indirectly involved in any kind of terrorism and anti social activities irrespective of their affiliation to any cast, creed, religion, groups may help in achieving the desired result in cubing down hawala cases and terrorist activities. Any kind of action must be impartial and without favoritism. more
