Please Save innocent Men suffering from Spouse and his family allegations,Black mailing
Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend was suffering from spouse family people especially from Wife's parents,Relatives.He has send his wife to her parent's house for Dusshera Vacation ,after that he asked his father to contact her wife's father why she was not come after vacation. Then both senior people having rude conversation,it leads to anger of couple.Then husband contact the wife's Mother side relatives why my Uncle and Aunt always ill treat me and my father. Then WIFE mother side relatives informed that we will talk and send her back to your house.Then his Wife and her parents called their relatives informed that my son -in law is not man (napusankh),having no way to get my daughter's preganancy,he is unable to do sex.Here Husband gone for spermcount test along with his wife (due to love and affection) their they found that he is very low sperm count,after that they went to hompaethy doctor ,the doctor asked the symptoms he said it will be curable but takes time.This consulatation every thing has been done before she has gone to dushera occasion. Due to this weakness all family memebers of wife and her relatives spread that her husband is napusankh,so I never gone back to him ,to all his villagers.This guy suffered like a lot,but due to lot of love on his wife,this guy went to her grandmother's house their her mother behaved rudely on him. this news spreadentire Villages of him and her this guy totally tortured by her people. Then after 5 months his wife contact him in a different way through messages,Wat's up at that time this guy asked why your people spread that napusankh etc....she had not replied properly.She asked her to take back from her mother's house he said ,I will not come bot you come back but she rejected. Then she started chatting for 3 months mean while she show some kindness through messages on him but this asking why you people spread like thid..and again same reply from her.After one fine day she has sent notice,in her notice mention that my husband and his family asked her family memebers for money,gold,land during ashadam but my parents refused. witness are my father's brothers and his father's brothers but his father's brothers are dominating.But after some time they have taken me back,then everbody in the village tease me you are not having child tendency then went to a doctor my side ok,then my husband and myself gone for test their count problem has come but afterwards he consults another doctor their also same result but instead of he has to feel sad but due to remorse and sadism increased on me.During marriage time we have given 550000 as launchancam please give me back .No communication physically and by my phone so I CONCLUDE that he has no intention on me ,almost his defect is permanent so I cannot conceive a child.So please co operate with me otherwise I will take legal action.
After receiving notice by him,he approached lawyer and due to his love and affection on his wife told that all things mentioned are false, these allegation made by her parent's, relatives but sperm count I am taking medicines from hompaethy,I have given gold around 160 gms and sliver 500 gms,lic policy 2 lakhs,cash deposit 85000 ra in her nAME ,85 LAKHS INSURANCE she is the nominee, but these above things are not mentioned. Then lawyer understood that not only her parents and her fault is also there,without her consulatation notice will not sent to you.Then he send notice that due to love and affection everything is your wish whenever with me so this is also upto you.after that they approached panchayat people both are relatives to him and her, but they are very close to her and comparative him.Firstly they contact this guy ,he said we don't have any quarrels personally we love each other whenever she went to her mother's house ,she and her parents quarelling,illtreating me and I want her back. (like that he replied).Then these panchayat people want to contact her personally due to close relation they contact her in presence of her parents and relatives. She said I never come back,these allegations made by me in the notice ,they asked her cleverly by her replies for Questions they concluded that your allegation are false. we came into know there is an communication between we have evidence she is denying and kept quiet.Then finally panchayat people decided this is normal things happened in any family, divorce is not a solution.Here everything is happened by your Egos's spoiling couple life. The next day this guy called the panchayat people they said that your wife is too intelligent her involvement and her family ,relatives putting allegations on you eventhough they are mistakes are known,they are simply flattering and not accepting.This Guy continuously crying why my wife is on their parents favour and he had a love very much on her .As per law wat he can do ,those panchayat people are also hands up ,this guy is in deep depression eventhough he had mobile messages witness ,due to false allegations he went to depression and crying like a lot that truel love always fail and praying to God. This guy doesn't have mother..everything is badluck to him.His friends,relatives suggested accept her wish for divorce nothing else you cannot do anything law is somewhat favour to him,even if you go to Court their allegations are false but if she said no to you. Law accept her wish and your love will not do anything.But it is a lesson to the people like you who had more love on wife blindly. Anybody from expert officials madam and Sir can you help my friend by giving suggestions to him that law is with good people more

Oh god, I have come across similar instances from younger male generations suffering,using the law to their advantages,fabricating false complaints about husbands whobsuffer silently due to lack of legal protection !some law has to be worked out in some true cases.! more

pl.accept there are bad and very bad people in this world.Just get out of this any way immediately and move on.if possible negotiate and pay or else even if you are true legal issues will be cumbersome and long so get out of it.Thank god for this happening in start or else this could have been after if had Baby and or later on and gone for life.Thank god you had experience early in life so that you can get out at earliest more
