I have signed and fully support it. Can take part if any protest or march is organized. I have personally suffered due to stray dog bite in childhood and had to be inoculated. Again stray dog tried to bite sometime back on my leg but luckily I escaped due to heavy trousers worn in winter. No such menace is seen anywhere in foreign countries. I have stayed in US but cud not see even a single stray do. Of course, pet dogs are seen with proper responsibility for lifting shitt and maintaining cleanliness otherwise fine of 500 dollars is imposed on any complaint. more
