Please solve the issue like Hijr's are man handling the people when they didn't give money while traveling from Hyderabad To Chennai or Tirupathi, by Chennai Express,Charminar express and remaining trains also only in Genaral coaches.

Here is a list of things that could improve thereby delivering a satisfying experience to the passengers. 1. The station lacks elevated walk way, underground walk way. It is present on few platforms in different combinations. It must be available not only at one end but at both ends. 2. The passenger walk especially on the rear side of the station entry (Platforms 5 and above) is nightmarish. People cross the tracks to get to platforms. This is because to get to other platforms they have to walk to the opposite end of the entrance to climb the stairway which is a very long walk. 3. Escalator should be made available. 4. Lighting in the platforms are not adequate. 5. The announcements are also indecipherable. 6. There are not enough seating facilities at the different platforms for passengers to sit as they wait for their trains. 7. The drinking water facility outlets are not sufficient and clean. 8. More trash cans are needed and people who litter the platforms should be fined on the spot. 9. Though there are a few battery operated vehicles to help the elderly to commute within the station in the platform, need for more vehicles is felt. 10. Information on Wheel chair availability and getting one is also not easy. These are my 10 quick fix points. Having said this please do not take me as a person who is pointing out only deficiencies. I must say the City station has come a long way in terms of being user friendly and facility availability as compared to the past. As the passenger number increases these needs are to be revisited and improved as we go along. more

Form a Local Circle in your city " PROFESSIONALS FOR CITY" .to replace politicians by Professionals in Civic Boy. Form groups of 4 to 10 persons in each ward and select a good well educated person to be the representative of that ward in next civic election. At present we don’t bother for Municipal elections, we just put our stamp on a candidate selected by Politicians. On the contrary people of the area should choose an honest well educated person and talk about him in your Ward. Let him contest and Win the election. When such persons will sit in Civic Body...you get answer to your concern. more
