PM/ CM Helplines
The PM Helpline was very effective when it was launched and it is supporting citizens to a great extent. It has however been observed that for the states that have a CM Helpline, the grievance of PG portal gets transferred there and then it goes in a loop. It has also been learnt that corrupt officials have found some way out to put the complaint in a loop. It is felt that monitoring system of comlaint closure needs to be more stringent with a follow up at ground level and action against erring employees.

PM/CMs are too busy with other things. What is needed is local helpline (preferably online either quick action and penalty if no action, with status tracking abd escalation( for police, civic services (municipal corp, water, electricity...), govt services, harassment, education etc. more

These are garbage neither PM nor CM is interested in these leave alone acting on them. Just pure politics and propaganda to fool people. more

state govt will do a big fanfare announcing the same but when one goes to their no or portal either it will not be working or willsay wait and goes in a loop and never ends.That is the strategy these states employ since they do not want complaints and are there only to hear good things .Worst form of govt only lip service interms of digitalisation to please our PM saying everything is in order more
