Our Law universities should give special assignments to students to do research on Lok Adalats across the country
They should submit reports and give suggestions. Students should know what Lok Adalats are.
With legal awareness, there must also be institutional awareness. People must know the systems that are in place
I feel more and more people must know what our Lok Adalats are about
When I was Chief Minister in Gujarat, the justice in Lok Adalats was given in very short span.
There are more than 15 lakh Lok Adalats, 8.5 crore people have got justice. In a way it is 17 crore because there are two parties in every dispute
Governments should be dedicated and committed to justice
After Bhuj earthquake when lakhs were displaced, that time I requested the High Court for help
30,000 claims were settled without any case being taken forward by the state more

ALL THE CASES SHOULD NOT BE ATTENDED BY COURT IF IT PERTAINS TO GOVT DEPARTMENTS THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT SHOULD HAVE AN PANNEL OF EMINENT AND HONEST PEOPLE CALLED AS CLIENT GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE STHEY SHOULD DISCUSS AND THEY SHOULD GIVE THE VERDICT AND THERE VERDICT SHOULD BE FINAL AND THEY SHOULD APEAL IF THIS IS DONE THEN JUDICAL SYSTEM WOULD BE REDUCED AS MOST OF THE CASES ARE LAND DISPUTES THE URBAN LAND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT SHOULD HAVE PROPER LAND SURVERIES AND LAND DISUPUTES SHOULD BE SOLVE IN MY CASE IT PERTAINS TO STOCK EXCHANGE BUT IT HAS IGCR TEAM BUT THYE ARE FULLY CORRUPT AND THEY NEVER DISCHARGE THEIR DUTY BECAUSE THE STOCK BROKERS BRIBLE THEM REGULARLY AND AS SUCH THAT IS REASON WHY SO MUCH OF BLACK MONEY AND MONEY LAUDERING IS GOING ON WHEN WE REPORT THE MATTER UPTO FINANCE MINISTER LEVEL THEY NEVER HEAR AND AS AN LAST RESORT I HAVE DECIDED TO PASTE THIS MAL ADMINISTRATION AND WHO IGRC IS BIASED TO BE EXPOSED IN WIKILEAKS ABOUT INDIAN CAPITAL MARKET THIS WOULD BE ACID TEST TO GOVT OF INDIA AND RBI WE ARE HELPLESS more

Judicial paperwork should be curtailed. Even judgements run into hundred of pages. Judgements should be pronounced by the same judge who first begin the case. Monthly monitoring of cases settled be introduced. If there are stray cases in case of speedy justice are there by cutting short procedure and paper work, the same can be taken care of separately. more

It a fact, whether one agrees or not: those who show light stay in memory, but when commented of not moving, they obey & move along with light like sun. Some take birth to give light 20% follow to take advantage, 30% comment & forgeet while the rest don't take even a note of it. This is true for 85% if those who are said to be SAINTS, GURUS & with such names. This can be applied to most. more

talking is good but inaction nothing could be implemented people are selfish they are bothered about thier problem nobody is prepared to fight for common cause as such all our saying and writing are waste of time and waste of space more
