To sum-up Single Question of NPA Rs. 9,70,000/- Lac Crors in addition to Rs. 1,00,000 (approx) Crs in current year AND This is in addition to the Infusion of funds worth several thousands of crors of rupees to Banks AND Over and above the frauds and scames are having their individual entities AND OTHER. WHERE IS THE MONEY????? Ultimatly burdened to common person and Society mainly the Honest & Law abiding people. Needless to state Accountabilities and Responsibilities required to be asvertained, else never ending story of White collor Crime and Criminals. In a given matter/Case frauduster obtained loan on flat, worth Rs. 59 Lacs in 2011. Intentionally not paid EMI's. Accumulated amount Rs. 1.20 crs in 2016-17. Become Defaulter, bank obtained Order from Court against default and obtained hypothicated flat. THE SAME FLAT RENTED TO SAME DEFAULTER ON MONTHLY RENT OF Rs. 20,000/- without anysecurity, surity. Frauduster is benifitted Rs. 59,00,000/- along with 5 years Interest of 60,00,000/- apart from benifit of utilizing same flat @Rs. 20,000/- TOTAL burden is on Society. This is HOW the Bank works. Record of Police and Media prove that since 2005, the issue of Misuse, Misappropriation and Diversification of Funds of Banks and Financial Institutions has become a continued practice deceiving the General Public and Cheating Government of India's Financial Assistance to Nationalized Banks. Last year Ex Governor of RBI Sri Raghuram Rajan has revealed in his Report that NPAs of Corporate Companies in Banks and Financial Institutions started during the period 2006 to 2008. He clarified that there was neglect of Banks/Institutions in analyzing and assessing the Project Report before Sanctioning the Loans. He also reported that the negligence of Bank Officers and CEOs causing for increasing tendency of NPAs. IT IS STRANGE THAT THE RBI , BANKING ASSOCIATION, SERIOUS FRAUD INVESTIGATION ORGANIZATION, THE GOI , GROSSLY NEGLECTED ACTIONS ON the Financial Institutions that have been Swindling Public Funds since 2005 . Judiciary also is not particular to the Constitutional Guarantee of JUSTICE, Social, Economy to the Citizen of India . Even now, all the Constitutional Bodies need to realize the basic and fundamental concept of Security to Citizen and their hard earned Money including that of the Nation .
