PNB not refunding my balance

On 08-10-2018 I tried to add money to my Paytm wallet of amount Rs. 755 twice through my Punjab National Bank debit card . But the money of amount Rs.1510 (Rs 755+Rs 755) was not added to my Paytm wallet though the said amount of money was deducted from my bank account. Then I did a phone call to Paytm customer care and they told me that my Paytm KYC was not updated and so money not added to wallet. I wanted to get money back and they told that money will be refunded to my bank account within 7days. But that was not so. Then I went to PNB ,KGP branch four times, called PNB customer care so many times and lodged complaints ( complaint id : A088877446 dated 01-11-2018 and A089634327 dated 13-11-2018). But all my efforts are in vain. Till now I haven't get my money back to my bank a/c. Both PNB and Paytm behave careless regarding this issue.
Then I lodged a grievance through INGRAM ( Grievance Number: 1097455. Grievance Reg. Date: 2019-01-11). This grievance also disposed as PNB stated that they refunded my money to my bank a/c. But still money is not refunded to my bank a/c.
Again I lodge a complaint through INGRAM today . Let see what action will be taken. more

Give them one last opportunity and lodge a complaint to Ombudsman, whose address is displayed in the Branch. more
Also, claim compensation of Rs 50,000 and cost of Rs 10,000. more
1. Complain to the Banking Ombudsman. 2. Then also file a case in the District Consumer Forum. These people do not understand logic and what is good customer service. Unless you kick them, they will turn a deaf ear to you. more
Please take up the matter with payTM bank only. The money has been received by PAYTM bank and PNB has correctly followed your instructions by remitting the funds to PAYTM bank. Go to the grievances cell pf Paytm bank with all details through online. If you donot get answer within 30 days. You may take up the matter with Banking ombudsman where no layer is required. Sent a letter along with proof of debit and credit. It would be resoled even in one hearing or even without any hearing. PNB will not entertain your case. Alternatively, you may take up the case with PNB stating that this money has been debited in the account but has not reached to PAYTM. They will provide the proof of credit to Paytm or else they will get back the amount and credit to your account. For any further query or help, you may contact me on +91 9899093635 R.K.GUPTA more
