POCSO capital punishment for abusing boys
A 33-year-old woman teacher from my home town Chandigarh has been arrested by the police for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy who was her student. The boy used to go to her for tuitions and was allegedly being sexually assaulted by her since March. She should be given the same capital punishment that a rapist of a girl child should get.
The boy, a student of class X, lives in the same locality as the teacher. Police officials have booked the teacher under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act for aggravated penetrative sexual assault after receiving a complaint from the parents. The teacher was produced in the Chandigarh district court on Thursday and sent to judicial custody.
The woman had given a SIM card to the boy through which she stayed in touch with him. The teacher was sexually assaulting the boy and also sending him emotional text messages. more

Today also , there is a news in T.V. that 2 Teens of below 18 being Lovers opted to Marriage, Suicided since they cannot wait for legally permissible age. Such have been many either suiciding both or taking vengeance on the other . Laws those are against Human Qualities and Natural Justice will definitely end with such only . May be taking off Souls ; Acid Attacks ; Killing or being Murdered . Who is responsible for Life . Who brings peace . Who sustains Sanctity . What is the purpose and orbit of Consensus . Restrictions , Limitations , Bans on Human requisites cannot achieve a control within the ambit of Natural Justice . more

I am answering to Ms. Kaur that it is not new. It is happening by nature . Earlier also such acts happened but the difference is now people are more alert and have knowledge. more

Fact of the case suggest that it was not rape . It appears that both parties were having hidden consent . more

I agree with Csn Sharma ji about secretion of harmones which makes the person to indulge in such activities. Harmones are secreted on thinking and 15 yrs of boy must have been started thinking on sex .I do find cohersion by any of the parties . It can not be treated asa case of rape . more
