Police accountability
It has been observed that in many cases, police arrests innocent citizens without any basis/ evidence & then such innocent poor had to rot in prison for long years. Subsequently the courts find them innocent or do not find any evidence against them & release them. But in this process, the poor person had to spend many year in jail. Who will compensate the poor person. The Police needs to be made accountable. Some inquiry/penalty/punishment should be awarded to such Police officers. more

Why Only Police. To the effect ALL BABUS should be and Must be accountable, Responsible and answerable for their acts and activities. This is applicable to he Banks as well. More specifically for the wrongdoing. NO COMMITTEE AND REPORTS to whitewash and window dressing. more

This attitude of police is well known.There seem to be no mechanism to analyse each such case of harassment to the poor and helpless people.Govt should now introduce some protection by appointing a constitutional body who will enquire all cases of people made to spend their time in lockup/ prison without proper evidence.They should analyse cases and find out the harassment by police and punish them.Repeat offenders should be removed from service.Wanton abuse by cops should result in compensation to the victims the compensation amount to be recovered from the erring cop. more

My question to the person who has posted this and the admin of the group .. are you going to take such issues to its conclusion and resolve are this group is same like FB and whats app for people to show their anger but achieve nothing. more

Its basically the judicial system in our country which needs to be overhauled for expeditious concluding the cases. If delivery needs to be expeditious, it is essential to have time frame for disposal of cases. Merely penalising Police officials won't help. It may result in Police becoming inactive. more

Police are taking un due advantage of their power and demend money to save or take money from complainent and put fals charges. so police are both way benefited and our judicial system takes long time in genuen case to settle and genuen person always suffer. more

Many innocents not only spend years in jails but their future and family life are completely ruined because of high handedness of the cruel police. Once the accused is declared innocent by a court and released unconditionally, the related courts should immediately order the government to proceed against the biased police officer and attach all his movable & immovable assets including the PF balances for building the future life of the sufferers and their families for falsely implicating into the cases. This will certainly act positively to get such false cases drastically reduced. more
